Designed curriculum and instructed courses.  Supervised adjuncts and staff.  Dealt with student issues, advising, credit transfer. Served as coordinator and instructional designer of the new Braille Textbook Transcriber Program, Coordinator of the Instructional Assistant Program and the Multimedia Technology Program. Developed Dual Credit agreements with area school-districts.  Member of faculty senate.

Designed and developed computer-based training programs. As a design group leader, coordinated work with subject matter experts employed by sub-contractors. As lead designer on an interactive multimedia distance learning project, designed and developed courseware to be distributed with cutting edge technology. Designed and successfully carried out a plan to analyze and compare the instructional characteristics of CBT courseware and traditional classroom delivery. Participated in the writing of technical reports delivered to the government clients.
