I truly believe in the facilitation/coordination of learning on all levels. It is my belief that it is my job as an instructor to present real life scenarios that motivate learning and create an insatiable need for deeper understanding. I also hope to provide guidance for students that will encourage them to move forward regardless of the educational or professional direction they choose.
I will provide students with best practices, tips, tricks, and techniques as they relate to the digital media world. I will encourage students to practice critical thinking and challenge their own skill levels. Learning through collaboration and research will help students realize how to incorporate these practices into real world experiences.
I value openness and integrity above all of our NVC values. However, I’ve been known to dabble in all of our values on a daily basis.

I’m a mom of a super great 15 year old son named Trhistane (if such a thing exists at that crazy age… LOL) We live on the northeast side of town with our our 4lb Yorkie Peanut, our 7lb Yorkie Rye-Rye, and cat Jelly-Bean.
As you see I love animals and when I’m not laughing hysterically at them I try to immerse myself in nature as much as possible. I am a huge nature buff and enjoy Disc Golf, reading, art, and the quieter things in life.
I'm also into holistic and naturalistic medicine and spend a great deal studying herbal remedies and natural approaces to healing. This has become a huge deal for me especially since I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease.
